Alexis, I've done 3 deals at the beginning of the year (January) with 2 of them sold and 1 still on the market. I've signed 2 more contracts last month, 1 of which I'm keeping too live in, and the other now in escrow. The owner of the house I'm keeping will be renting my current house.
